Personal family-type vibe!

During our sale we had some severe ups and downs, none of which could have been prevented by Doug, hey - these things happen. However I feel that we wouldn't have gotten the genuine compassion and empathy we received during the difficult times from another agent. Working with Doug you feel like a part of the family, not just a big dollar sign. He gets the job done and the house sold, but it's the little human touches that make it a fantastic experience. Doug seemed to be one of the only people involved in the sale who understood the difficult emotions that accompanied the process, and worked hard to make it easier for us. I am beyond appreciative and would recommend to everyone.
