Eddie sold the house in record time and achieved more than the asking price, which was a fantastic bonus. His fees were fair, and he was transparent about everything from the beginning. He kept us informed at every stage and always made sure we understood what was happening. He is very down to earth and genuinely cares about his clients. During a difficult time, Eddie had a solution for everything and was there for my family and me from start to finish. The most special part was that Eddie had met my grandfather a few years before he passed and would often pop over for a cuppa with Grandad.
