Oh yes, she is good!!

We are the buyer, and we paid a good price, maybe better than we intended, BUT Christine Morris, is fair, strong, and very upfront!! Very honest, and no BS! If you know what I mean!! Good, with the capital. Highly recommended, and now we are the seller!! Over to you!
