Outstanding agent

Sam was the agent for a property we recently purchased in Hahndorf. He could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to negotiate a sometimes difficult sale and settlement in a way that proved to be beneficial to both the vendors and to us as purchasers. He is courteous, personable and very knowledgeable about the local real estate scene. We have bought and sold many properties over a period of more than 40 years in the Adelaide Hills. By the end of a long and contracted settlement period Sam had become our most favourite agent ever. We could not recommend him highly enough.
