My husband and I would like to sincerely thank Sam Oborn, Paul Price and Rachel Knappstein from Harcourts in the Adelaide Hills for the successful sale of our property in July this year. We originally met Sam a few years back when he assisted in the purchase of our eldest son’s first property and was impressed on how he managed the sale. We had decided then, if we were ever going to sell our much loved property that Sam was going to be our agent. Eventually we had to make the decision to sell, which was not an easy decision as it had been our family home for many years and we had raised our 3 boys on the property and had renovated it as our ‘forever home’. Both Sam and Paul had shown us nothing but respect for our decisions, and professionalism when it came to negotiating the sale of our home. They were always there to answer any phone calls and any questions we had. They were also very patient with us as it took 8 months from the time we decided to sell until we finally put the property on the market.
