Have worked with Michael and the Harcourts team in a number of occasions in scenarios ranging from arranging sales of property, organising repairs and arranging for access. On all occasions, Michael has been responsive, provides good insights and understands the market and is able to provide a range of options. On the last contact the suggestions on staging, getting minor works completed and certificates and other correspondence presented no problems and were addressed in a timely manner. When Michael was not available for a period the team at Harcourts stood up and Jacques continued the process keeping all parties informed.
