I spotted a property for sale and rang Creagh. Fortunately I was diverted to Matthew Errington who actually dealt with the purchase. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me has an interstate buyer with no knowledge of Perth and how things were done here. He explained the process and guided me through it, explaining what would happen and what I needed to do. I would have found it harder and more stressful but for Matthew and I wish him well for the future.
