Taking the load

Amanda and the Harcourt team helped with my decision making eg lease or sell and advised how best to prepare for the sale. Knowing I would be absent overseas, Amanda and Avia guided me through what would have to be done, especially the paperwork that needed processing, what I would need to do, eg cancel utilities, insurance etc, and what they would do on my behalf, defraying rates and such. Amanda also ensured I could use docusign while I was travelling in the UK another able to just pop into the office to sign anything. She was able to secure interest from several potential buyers for sums in excess of what I’d set as acceptable and reacted swiftly when the top offer fell through. She and Harcourts exceeded my expectations and made things easier at a time I was juggling many difficulties.
