Recently settled on a house and honestly couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. Kirrily was fantastic from start to finish. Communication during the offer process was quick and easy, and she kept us in the loop right through to settlement. The pre-settlement inspection was the so surprising though - She took the time and we went through the property together. We tested every tap, powerpoint, and appliance. The owners had left the place spotless, which was a great sign, but she still made sure everything was actually working. Two power-points then got fixed by a Sparky and none of it was even in the pest and building report or part of our conditions. She just did it. That kind of effort is rare. It genuinely restored my faith that there are still top-quality agents out there doing the right thing. If you're buying or selling in Perth don't waste time elsewhere.
