Fantastic agent, would highly recommend

Although Mike is a relatively inexperienced agent he brought with him a good knowledge of the area in which I was selling. This was backed up by research he had also conducted. Mike laid out a marketing strategy and timeline for selling my property right from the start and although it can at times be difficult to believe something like this from any salesperson the contract was signed almost exactly the day he had forecast. Throughout the whole process Mike was always in contact with myself to provide up to date information on how everything was progressing. When the time came Mike was able to negotiate a sale price that I was more than happy with whilst at the same time dealing with multiple different offers. Overall the selling process was a breeze with Mike, he was a pleasure to deal with and I just wish all sales people were the same. Highly recommended
