We got there!

We had a very difficult buyer who wanted a considerable amount more than what we were willing to pay based on our observations around what we believed the property was worth. The bank later confirmed this when the house was difficult to obtain finance for due to the high bounty that had been placed on its head. Despite this, (and the buyer really dragging their feet regarding any lack of urgency to sell), we really wanted the house, so Chey worked her magic very hard to bring the parties together from an impossible target. We got there! Well done Chey!
