My interaction with Katrina involved the sale of a property by Family Court action. Katrina and I engaged together in lengthy meetings and strategic planning sessions to navigate over more than 12 months of Court hearings and processes before a Consent Order to sell the property was finally made by the Court. Katrina's expertise in property valuation, advice regarding the timing of sales processes impacting on timing of Court directions was invaluable and contributed enormously to the obtaining of a successful outcome for myself as well having Harcourts Berwick being appointed the selling agent over two other candidates being proposed in the Consent Order. Even unusual complications that arose at the auction was handled expertly by Katrina and subsequent negotiations with an interstate bidder gained a very good outcome for the vendors. At all times Katrina was composed and professional in her handling of all situations including those of a stressful nature with emotional and/or aggressive individuals. Katrina acted in concert with her son Jesse who like his mum was professional and efficient as well a great team player.
