NEVER TO BE TRUSTED

The worst experience I have had with an agent in my life. Unprofessional does not go close to describe his behaviour and actions. Upon signing the contract to purchase Brad and his side kick found it upon themselves to harass and bully myself and family to get there deposit. Making intimidating visits to my home demanding the Deposit. I gained a building report on the property which noted further investigation. Was required in relation to possible water damage to a passage wall backing onto the bathroom. Was advised once deposit was paid we could have this attended to. NOT the Case. Once deposit was paid I was advised that the vendor would not allow investigations to take place. Pushed the request up to final inspection and was continually told no. Upon final inspection I raised the issue again to the same response and was advised by sidekick I had nothing to worry about. Was extremely uncomfortable with the final inspection to the point of saying I did not approve the final inspection and would not settle in the property. I was advised that should I not settle I would be in breach of contract and would loose my deposit. Once again in a bullying manner. Being told by Harcourts to settle On the property as agreed and then should I find any issues they would arrange with vendor to rectify. ANOTHER LIE. Upon this I settled UNDER PROTEST noting that any damage found I would Persue costs for repairs. Well surprise surprise upon settling we placed a small hole in the passage wall to find it full of mould and live bugs and the timber beams black and rotten and a leak from the area of the shower. I immediately sent these images to Brad Nicholls and Harcourts Berwick asking them to arrange with vendor to send in someone to quote and perform repairs. Well guess what I received back from the Vendors representation that I purchased the property it was my issue and they were willing to do nothing to rectify problem.
