Fantastic sales expert

Shane explained all processes clearly and in a timely manner. He conducted open house for potential buyers and reported all feedback to me. He was so efficient I am pleased to say He sold my little old house in the first open!! All proceeds smoothly through the contract stages up to settlement. He even organised the lawns to be mowed as a welcome to the new owners. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend him to other vendors.
