Professional support and assistance from Martin and all staff at Harcourts Bribie Island.

My name is Alan Doyle and I'm writing this testimonial as the EPOA for Beryl Beecham. Beryl recently experienced a bout of poor health which necessated the urgent sale of her house at 14 Village Ave Bongaree. This urgent sale was to ensure that Beryl secured a room at the Bribie Cove High Care Facility. Contact with Martin FitzGerald commenced an extremely professional relationship to secure a sale for Beryl while taking into account some maintenance issues with the property. Martin was confident that a sale was still possible and he would manage the vendor / purchasor relationship. A series of open house Saturdays was conducted with excellent attendance from the general public. Within several weeks a purchaser came forward subject to finance. Martin had some reservations however it was decided to progress with the sale. Unfortunately the sale did not proceed at the eleventh hour and we were back on the market again. With the suspicion that Martin had re the finance clause, Martin contacted other interested parties and within two weeks another contract was signed and executed. Beryl was extremely appreciative of Martins efforts as she now had some long term aged care security. My relationship with Martin and the Harcourts staff in general was a great exterience and their commitment and support was fantastic. Thanks to Martin and all staff.
