My Unit sold in only 3 weeks.

Sandy Davey is part of her family-run real estate. I already had her daughter managing the property as a rental and was happy with her. So when Sandy emailed me asking if I was interested in selling in mid-2021 I rang her to check prices. They were not where I was looking to sell so I left it. Then late 2021 Sandy again emailed me informing me prices were at the level I would be probably interested in selling. Sandy and her team did two open houses and the Unit was sold in three weeks for the price I was looking for. Sandy and her staff kept me informed all the way and I was very happy with their professionalism.
