Great Communicator and Flexible!

Jaci was recommended to me by a friend and was the first agent I called when I started looking for someone to sell my unit for me. I looked no further after a friendly phone conversation. Throughout the whole process, Jaci was very approachable, flexible and listened to and took on board my ideas and wishes. What impressed me most was her flexibility and communication skills - she would regularly call me, text me and provide updates on where the sale was at and what I needed to do at each stage. She was unfazed and at ease in dealing with my tenant and professionally coordinated the sale between myself, the new buyers and my tenant all at once, along with liaison with the bank and solicitors. I was impressed. Even after settlement of the unit, I messaged Jaci with some queries regarding the connection of wifi internet at the unit and she promptly spoke with the new owners, passing on my query and then getting back to me in a very timely manner. For me, it was important that I had an agent that understood my needs, my wishes and my circumstances due to my very busy schedule, full time work and impending 6 month trip overseas.
