An agent who listened

Peter helped me to achieve a purchase of my unit with a minimum of fuss and kept me informed of negotiations with the vendor. The rental department assisted with successfully moving tenants out of the property and achieving an amazing clean up.

We relied on Peter's suggestions and experience in the industry, on the best marketing plan to sell our unit to get the best outcome for us We are pleased we followed his suggested options of work that needed to be done to present the unit in the best possible condition to maximise the appeal to buyers' Peter was very professional in his approach and dealings with us, our lawyers and the potential buyers He kept us well updated throughout the process and we were pleased to follow his advice in achieving the best possible sale price and successful outcome for us The successful sale process was done with a minimum of fuss from our end and we appreciate the outcome achieved

Kingsford I bedroom unit

This was a .small unit ,although close to Public Transport, Light rail 100 mts It was initially very slow to move , but Peter showed great patience and this paid off in the end. Very happy with the result
