1 - Enquire on your preferred property, we will then send you a link to a video tour of that property. We will also have virtual open for inspection videos streamed through our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
2 - Drive-by the property to ensure the style & location suit your needs (please do not enter the grounds of the property as the property may still be tenanted).
3- If the video & location suits your needs, we ask that you complete an application online using 1form (Inspection Code: CHOICE1).
4 - After the above criteria has been met we will then schedule a private inspection of the property, we ask that only the main applicant attends to adhere to the current safety guidelines / social distancing in place.
