I found Darren to be refreshingly engaging and honest. He was a standout to me with his experience and knowledge of the local Real Estate market. But it was his negotiating skills that were most impressive! Most of these young agents have No Idea how to negotiate. Just get a deal done. And I was a difficult Vendor (sorry Darren). We had numerous offers with various conditions and we had already committed, so it was a very stressful time. Darren handled the situation so professionally, gently guiding me whilst he dealt with the buyers. The negotiating process with the successful buyer went on for a week until we reached an agreement.
