We have sold two houses over 9 years and purchased one - all through Richard. Richard is a mature age gentleman, highly professional, has a very calm manner but quietly persistent. He knows the local real estate market and area well, and managed to obtain a really good price for us. He certainly works well for the vendor, but also listens to the buyers as to what they are looking for. We would highly recommend him and would certainly use him again in the future.
