Seller of apartment in Dandenong, VIC

I had already had a Company come through my home and give me a price, it lasted 5 minutes. When Jared and Daniel arrived they instantly put me at ease. They interacted with my two small dogs and myself,as if they were friends dropping in for a coffee. They stayed almost an hour and asked questions as well as patiently answering mine. They showed me everything I needed to see, explaining the packages and my options. From that day my decision was made to go with Harcourts and l never looked back.

More than just a Real Estate

I had already had one company give me a price on my property, and l wasn't impressed with the way they handled themselves. Daniel and Jared arrived, and made me feel completely at ease, l have two small dogs l was worried about them wanting to be all over them, but it was like having friends over for coffee. They sat down and spent over an hour going over everything with me. Making sure l understood everything, asking me questions so they could offer me the right package. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and very understanding. The one thing that stood out for me was they want to make sure you get what suits you, not what's going to get them the quick sale. They have both worked tirelessly from day one and have been with me every step off the way. They answer calls, emails, texts promptly and if they didn't have an answer about something they got back to me so quickly. I would highly recommend Harcourts to anyone looking to Sell or Buy a property and l would always go looking for Daniel and Jared. Selling or Buying can be a stressful time and they made it so easy.
