Harcourts were sympathetic to our needs knowing it was hard for us to leave our home of 20 years, they were extremely helpful all through the selling and buying process. They often went beyond their duties to offer advice and help when needed. The Salvo's refused to take our ironing board saying "No one irons anymore". This is not true, when we contacted Michael Garside at Harcourts to sell our home he promptly arrived in the whitest and most freshly ironed shirt I have seen in a long time. Erin Ketteringham was equally smart in her heels and stockings. It is a credit to them both and the Harcourts company. Thank you to the whole Harcourts team for your help in a difficult period.
