Julie is very friendly and approachable, from the beginning it was very easy and comfortable communicating with her. Her knowledge of sales in the area and how she presents it is extensive but also simple and straight forward making it easy to understand. Julie listened to what my needs and expectations were and was willing to aim for a price that I needed (where other agents didn't want to) and at only 16 days active my property sold.
