We've just moved into a property managed by Harcourts Elevate and our experience thus far has been nothing short of exceptional. On inspecting the property Amy was friendly, and open and transparent pointing out that there was no dishwasher so there'd be no surprise. On getting the keys to the property I went to plug the modem into the wall and the connector disappeared into the wall. I called the team and explained I needed it fixed asap as I would need to work from home Monday. On calling the office they promptly arranged for someone to come around and get the connector out so I could use the internet. They are arranging for someone to replace the whole electrical socket this week.
