Hassle free, positive and effective communication and personable.
I found my manager an approachable and effective communicator. Questions, queries and requests were prompt and constructive; making the process streamline and stress free. I felt welcomed, comfortable and confident throughout the process. I feel confident that I can approach my property manager anytime and be met with a positive and honest response.
