The easiest decision we ever made …

Having known Jason for several years as a neighbor who became a trusted friend choosing him to sell our investment property was simple . Jason is incredibly hard working , personable and very knowledgeable so trusting him and his team with every detail was easy …from liasing with our tenants to organizing repairs we needed and photography and styling he got the job done and more . He met with us to organise our game plan early on and set out a detailed timeline to auction and even kept us appraised while on a well earned overseas holiday ! His colleagues Leigh and Marie were prompt and efficient in dealing with vendors and secured us an unconditional sale price well above our expectations weeks before our auction date . Our son also uses Jason to manage his property so we can attest to his skills in managing tenants too … is there NOTHING this man cannot do ?! Needless to say we are more than happy to reccomend Jason and the Harcourts team … you won’t find better !
