Sam did an amazing job selling my property. Our previous agent has been quite disappointing. Our house didn’t sell for more than 2 months. Out of the blue, somebody from Sam’s team called us and they took over. We switched agents and Sam was able to sell our property in just a few days.

I am interstate, selling with another agent and not getting the results I needed. We got Sam onboard and from the first contact, he has been relentless in making sure our property will present beautifully to potential buyers. He has gone the extra mile in helping us with all the logistics of preparing our property for sale. He has kept us updated every single step and most importantly we have secured a sale less than a month after listing. Sam is also very proactive and a great negotiator he managed to negotiate a better price from the original offer. Although our property sold way below our expectations due the current market challenges, it is also equally important for us that we sell the property quickly and that is where Sam delivered for us really well. If you want fantastic results, I highly recommend Sam.
