I was quite surprised at how thorough and well organised Harcourts Exclusive was with managing the rental listing, and following through with the lease, other documents, and setting up the place before my move into it. Usually it is quite a stressful process given how much needs to be done before moving into a new place, both for the individual and the agent, but they communicated well and were able to assist me in ensuring I have a smooth transition. They were very clear throughout the process and were open to answer any doubts or concerns I might have had. I really appreciate their professional service and ongoing support.
