Excellent outcome from excellent Real Estate Agents
When my wife and I decided to sub divide and sell our back block our first job was to find a real estate agent who would provide excellent service. We had several real estate agents view the property and provide us with their strategy to sell the property and achieve the best price. We chose Shan Bathia and Gourav Narang from Harcourts real estate. Where other agents placed the value in the mid $400,000 Gourav and Shan believed they could achieve a better return for us. They worked tirelessly through the selling process, keeping us informed on their process and within a couple of weeks had an offer. They advised they believe they could achieve a better result and the offer was rejected. As they pointed out selling a property in the current market was not difficult, getting the best return for the client was their challenge. When Shan and Gourav rang me in the car to inform me of the offer they had secured I nearly run off the road. They had achieved almost 10% more than other real estate agents had considered possible.
