We rang and organised for Jordan from Harcourts to come and give us an appraisal. He arranged for a kit to be dropped off at our home that afternoon that explained his experience and sales philosophy. A nice touch. Jordan was very informative and gave us a true expectation of what we could expect our property to sell for. He gave us great tips on preparing our property for open inspections without spending excessively. A contract was signed within a week of listing with only one open. We were kept fully informed throughout. We highly recommend Jordan.
