Professional and respectful

I mostly dealt with Mike instead of Jules but they were both involved. No complaints, never felt disrespected or taken advantage of as a first home buyer. Felt they were firm enough to get the best price possible but down to earth enough to not feel like i was being manipulated. Many agencies have left a bad taste in my mouth as a renter and buyer but I'd recommend Harcourts to any friends based on my experience.
