We can't speak any more highly of the level of service provided by Michael Whiting and his team. My first phone call to Michael was made after hours and I was greeted with a friendly hello and Michael was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Being located some 1100km from Lake Cathie, Michael ensured our purchase was seamless and stress free as there were many phone calls and emails sent back and forth. There were many times that Michael went well and truly over and above what many would consider the 'norm'. After settlement the area received a very large rainfall event and Michael went out of his way to ensure our property was high and dry. We will definitely be recommending Michael and his team to all our family and friends should they be in the market in the area.
