•John is a fantastic sales agent. As a buyer's agent, I deal with a wide range of sales agents, and John is one of the few I would confidently recommend to my clients when they're ready to sell. He works incredibly hard for his vendors and consistently aims to get a premium result. I also enjoy working with him even though I know I’ll likely have to pay the “sales agent tax” to secure one of his listings, because he negotiates strongly and knows the value of what he’s selling.
John was easy to deal with, prompt in communications (even after business hours) & continuously updated us throughout the process. Organised the first open house within a day of listing property. Had first offers at this time & negotiated a price we were very happy with. Would definitely recommend him when selling a property. Thanks again
