Honest and transparent approach

I spoke with John a while ago when considering selling a different property where he told me honestly that I would not get my money back at that point in time, so I did not sell. This made the sale as painless as possible. The property was sold on the first open for inspection at the expected price. I will definitely use John again to help me sell other investment properties I hold.
