Honest and transparent approach

I spoke with John a while ago when considering selling a different property where he told me honestly that I would not get my money back at that point in time, so I did not sell. Lucky for him, he rang just as I was looking for an agent to sell this property. Being an interstate seller it is hard to know what is going on in the area. This made the sale as painless as possible. The property was sold on the first open for inspection at the expected price.
