Over the course of the sale, Emma introduced 3 groups of buyers to your property and obtained offers for you from all 3. This was a tough sales period, as it was listed just prior to the Federal election Emma negotiated with all the buyers to put forward their offers and also negotiated with them to try and reach a price everyone was happy with. I was very happy with the outcome of her efforts.
