Absolute Professional

Selling a property can be a very stressful and difficult experience. I learnt the hard way after having our property on the market for over 6 weeks without a single offer. I then decided to approach another realestate agent as I wanted my property sold as soon as possible. David had just recently sold a property in the same complex so I decided to approach him and inquire about his services. I immediately noticed that David was very proactive and prompt with his communication. He was honest with his opinion and evaluation of our property. After appointing David as our new agent he made recommendations on what he believed needed attention in order to achieve the best sale price for our property. Although it wasn't cheap my wife and I decided to follow David's advice and complete the renovations. At the completion of it all, the house looked amazing and I was kicking myself for not doing this earlier on prior to listing the house for sale the first time. As I lived interstate, David was able to arrange quotes and recommend tradesmen to complete the improvements to the property. This made my life a lot easier and made the process a lot less stressful. The pleasing thing was that everything was completed within 2 weeks and we were on the market the following week. Not long after David advised me that he had received a written offer and soon we were under contract. Overall I was very please with the service provided by David.
