Phoebe could not have been more helpful. I found her calm, friendly organised manner extremely refreshing. Nothing was a problem for her and every query was met quickly with an answer. I am delighted to have met her and cannot recommend her highly enough. I also found the other staff members to be friendly and efficient. Harcourts were a pleasure to deal with.
