A caring, curteous, informed agent, prompt response when called, securing a quick sale,good price!

I was having serious health problems, with the need to consider, the viability of my wife and I staying on, in our country home. A friend recommended that I contact Nick Bond of Harcourts Huon Valley, for some guidance in what to do. I contacted Nick and in less than 24 hrs, he visited our property and did an up to the minute appraisal of it, giving us valuable information to help us make the decisions that needed to be made. His information, included the suggestion, that winter/early spring, would not be the wrong time to offer our higher altitude property, with lower temperatures than lower levels, and frequent rain. A few days passed, while we did the necessary preparation for the property to be shown for sale, I then contacted Nick, who brought his complete sales team, up to see and be aware of what was on offer. At this point, Demi became the immediate person with responsibility for the sale of our property. Demi reliably contacted us at every show of interest, to keep us informed. The team was quickly on the job and soon had individual people viewing the property, then three 'Open Home' days, as well as individuals viewing it. In thirty six days,from when I asked Nick to try to sell the property, I was advised that it was sold, having cleared the various checks, including bank finance.
