GREAT COMMUNICATION

Lena has done a fantastic job in the sale of our Mum's house where Mum has lived for the past 60 years, so there was a bit of emotion involved from siblings. Lena handled all siblings' questions and dealt with organising the removal of items from the property, to make it ready for settlement, along with a Building Inspection we requested to be done for complete transparency. All this was done in a professional manner and considering we are all in different parts of Australia I am sure it could have been a much harder exercise with a different agent. I would highly recommend Lena to any vendor looking for an agent that is very easy to talk to and responds quickly, and keeps all the lines of communication open with the vendor's points of contact, which I am sure would have been hard work for some other agents. It was a complete pleasure to deal with an agent where nothing was put in the "to hard" basket. One again, many thanks Lena for the great job you did.
