Disappointing experience as FHB - Focus on sale over transparency

The agent was representing the seller, however during the inspection it was difficult to properly assess certain areas, as visibility of some defects appeared limited. This made it challenging to fully evaluate the condition of the property at the time. Once the inspection and move‑in were completed, responsibility rested entirely with the buyer. While the market is currently strong, I believe that long‑term trust matters, especially when conditions change. Based on my experience, I would not personally recommend this agency.
