Successful sale in a quite difficult market. Properties need to be repriced realistically

Cina has deep knowledge of the market for units in the Wembley and of the general real estate market in the City Beach, Wembley Downs and Wembley area. He has a very good network of contacts locally here in WA but also from interstate. He was very quickly off the mark as soon as I awarded him the task of selling my unit. There was a tight timeframe between tenants leaving and putting the unit up for sale. Some maintenance work in the kitchen and bathroom was required required to make the property suitable for presentation and sale. Cina was able to organize this work very efficiently and at a very competitive price in an environment where it is difficult to get good tradesmen as they are all busy. He has very good contacts in this area. There was a virtual on line presentation that was quite effective. The marketing campaign was very well done and I visited the property myself on inspection days. Cina maintained very good communication with me through the whole process including follow-up when the potential buyers were dealing with financing issues. Communication with Harcourt office staff was also very timely and I was quickly made aware of relevant documents as they arrived. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience with Cina Ghiassi and Harcourts and would not hesitate to engage him again and recommend him to other prospective clients
