Alex was the least contactable agent ever!

From the very start, we have been severely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service that was barely supplied. From cancelling the walk through 40 mins prior to the scheduled meeting time, not taking calls, nor responding for lengthy periods of time to arriving late for inspections. Don’t expect to receive any type of gift basket with the settlement date or for them to even attend the key handover. This is not our families first home purchase and we know the expected standards when buying a property. We will never be going through this company ever again and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to this company. This is a future investment property my family are so unhappy with this realestate we have decided to not go through them when we rent it out. Not happy at all, nothing about this purchase was fun or exciting. Do better!!
