Down to earth and encouraging.

We interviewed three potential realtors and Vish stood out with his warm upfront disposition and general down to earth vibe. He was also the only one who really took the price we wanted seriously and was confident it was attainable. Which I appreciated as other valuations were short of the mark and didn't give me any confidence that we would be able to get to our target price. Not to mention, the price we ended up getting exceeded our target by quite a margin thanks to Vish.
