John communicated with us very well throughout the process. We initially made contact for a valuation on a public holiday, and even then John responded very quickly and followed it up shortly after with a phone call. He has a friendly likeable demeanor while also being very knowledgeable about current markets. Living interstate and selling a property was not a process we were looking forward to, but John gave us every confidence he would get a good result - which he did.
