FANTASTIC and not what I had expected!!

As first time sellers we were nervous and a little bit uneasy about the whole process. After the first phone call with Jason his communication and knowledge put our minds at ease about the sale and within 12 hours we had received a "Market Analysis Document" from Jason. We were very surprised and delighted that Jason was available and willing to be there out of regular business hours and he was always pleasant and friendly during our conversations. Our sale, although a little stressful as to be expected, was a breeze and Jason's negotiating skills were fantastic and fair. We were over the moon with the price we sold for! We could not recommend Jason highly enough as a vendor! Thanks again Jason!!
