Professional, Efficient and Empathetic

After 7 unsuccessful months with another real estate agent who we had to constantly follow up with for updates on the sale of our property we reached out to Kylie at LJ Hooker. We were very clear that we were after a no fuss agent that would keep us fully informed and that could sell our property for a realistic price and swiftly. From the start Kylie ticked all the boxes. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the local market, provided us with a realistic price and marketing strategy. A most impressive characteristic was Kylie's keenest to keep us fully informed at every stage of the process. We did not have to reach out to her for any updates. Another commendable characteristic is Kylie's empathy. Our property is tenanted and Kylie's consideration of the tenant's situation and willingness to work with the tenant's request right from the first inspection by Kylie through to the home open. Then there is Kylie's professionalism. Kylie provided us with an offer from the first opening day, something that our previous agent was not able to achieve in 7 months. The offer was at almost full asking with no conditions of any material nature, so we were able to immediately accept. Although the property is yet to settle Kylie is continuing to demonstrate professionalism and empathy by working cooperatively with the tenancy management agent, the buyer and ourselves as we work through through the settlement processes.
