What if you can't make the open for inspection? Unfortunately virtual or private inspections won't always be possible, especially if the property is currently occupied (such as this property). If you are unable to attend the open for inspection, you are still welcome to apply. Should your application be approved, we can discuss alternative options to view the property before you accept.
When will you know if your application has been approved or not? We aim to present applications to the property owners within 24 - 48 business hours after the open for inspection has been conducted.
