What is the owner's preferred lease term? The lease term is for six months only.
How to apply? Applications can be submitted online via the realestate.com.au property listing page, just bring up the property and click "apply" to be taken to the online application form. Please note that although the online application form states the "personal information report" is optional, we do require you to include this as part of your application.
Do you have pets or plan on getting a pet? If you already have a pet, please let us know on the application form. If at any stage throughout this tenancy you plan on getting a pet, please contact our property managers so they can forward the application forms and inform you of the required process
How can you inspect the property? You are welcome to attend the open for inspection, there is no need to register beforehand, however if you do register we can inform you of any changes.
What if you can't make the open for inspection? Unfortunately virtual or private inspections won't always be possible, especially if the property is currently occupied. If you are unable to attend the open for inspection, you are still welcome to apply and should your application be approved, we can discuss alternative options to view the property before accepting.
When will you know if my application has been approved or not? We aim to present applications to property owners within 24 - 48 business hours after the open for inspection has been conducted. We will not present any applications to the property owner until after the open for inspection is conducted.
