Spontaneous call at the perfect time

Melody reached out as we had engaged several years ago regarding a house purchase. As we were looking to sell one of our properties, this was perfect timing in which Melody facilitated the appraisal, communication with agent and tenants and proceeded to be the agent for the sale of the property. We had 4 other agents look at the property though Melody's positive demeanour was a standout and we were not mistaken. During the sale process Melody kept strong communication with us, sharing insights and guidance to what we were aiming for.
